Public Notice, Redland City Council: Adoption of a minor amendment to the Redlands Planning Scheme

Minor Amendment Package 01/2014

Notice is given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 that Redland City Council at its General Meeting held 25 June 2014 resolved to adopt Minor Amendment Package 01/2014 as a minor amendment to the Redlands Planning Scheme.

The purpose and general effect of Minor Amendment Package 01/2014 is to simplify planning provisions, provide greater clarity, remove redundant or cumbersome planning processes and remove low risk activities from planning control.

This amendment to the Redlands Planning Scheme comes into effect on 4 July 2014.

The amendments can be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Centres and online at Council’s website www.redland.qld.gov.au.
