Redland City Council is aware of a publishing error on pages 10 and 11 of the November 2025 edition of The Friendly Bay Islander.

This is not a Council publication.

Council had provided the magazine with information about Christmas on Redlands Coast but information the magazine had previously published in March 2025 was inadvertently republished.

The error appears in the print version of the magazine.

Information about Christmas on Redlands Coast can be found on Council’s website and on pages 10 and 11 of the online version of The Friendly Bay Islander (November 2025 edition).

How the pages should have looked in the print edition.

Be sure to mark your calendar and bring your family and friends along to enjoy some of our community’s exciting Christmas activities, including the annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree on 28 and 29 November, Festive Flicks, Redlands Coast Christmas Trail and much more.

From Council’s libraries, Redland Performing Arts Centre and Redland Art Gallery to Redlands IndigiScapes Centre, there will be plenty of exciting activities and experiences for everyone to enjoy this Christmas.
