Planned burn at Birkdale: Tuesday 9 June

Council’s Conservation Fire Management team will be undertaking a planned burn next Tuesday 9 June (weather permitting) at Quarry Road Birkdale for hazard reduction and ecological purposes.

Location/size: approximately two hectares at Quarry Road Park- 49-57 Quarry Road, Birkdale

Smoke dispersal: Smoke may affect some areas near the burn site but this will be minimal.
