Redland City Council Libraries at Cleveland, Capalaba, Victoria Point and Russell Island have reopened and have charging points available for residents who are without power, with the added bonus of free Wi-Fi.

Council has also opened daytime drop-in centres at five locations to support residents during the recovery phase of ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

These drop-in centres have been activated to replace Council’s places of refuge and will operate from 6am–6pm daily until further notice.
