The Redlands Coast community now has greater access to up-to-date information on fuel pricing and availability across the region, with Redland City Council enhancing its disaster dashboard to integrate data from the Queensland Government.
The new dashboard feature displays daily fuel prices and availability for service stations across the city’s mainland and beyond, including North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah).
Mayor Jos Mitchell said the information would give the local community a clearer picture of where the various types of fuel were accessible and the cost of each fuel type at individual service stations.
“Having this feature available on our disaster dashboard will strengthen both Council’s and our community’s response to the current fuel crisis,” the Mayor said.
“Access to fuel is essential to keeping our city running.
“By integrating the Queensland Government data directly into our dashboard, we are providing daily information to help our community make informed decisions about when and where they can purchase the fuel they need.”
The Mayor said the dashboard showed each service station along with location, pricing and availability.
“I encourage everyone to bookmark Redlands Coast Disaster Dashboard for quick access to this vital information,” the Mayor said.
To access the data, visit Redlands Coast Disaster Dashboard and scroll to the map:

- On a mobile phone, click the layers icon on the map to see the menu and ensure the ‘Fuel Status’ box is ticked.
- Click on the fuel bowser icons for information – green indicates fuel is available, orange indicates fuel is partially available, grey indicates the fuel details are unknown.
Council is working with stakeholders to ensure all service stations across the city are captured, including on the islands.
