Notice is given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 that Redland City Council resolved to adopt an administrative amendment to the Redlands Planning Scheme on 9 September 2014.

The administrative amendment includes:

  • Clarifying the level of assessment and assessment criteria that apply to Domestic Additions and Secondary Dwellings in the Urban Residential Zone;
  • Renumbering the Acceptable Solutions applicable to Self-Assessable Development in the Excavation and Fill Code and providing an example to assist with the interpretation of the self-assessment provisions.

These administrative amendments to the Redlands Planning Scheme come into effect on 12 September 2014.

Administrative Amendment 02/2014 can be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Centres and online at Council’s website.
