Mt Cotton Biomass Questions and Answers

The Planning and Environment Court is currently managing an appeal and application by Cleveland Power for a Biomass Power Plant and Waste Incinerator in Mt Cotton.

Council has prepared the following Biomass Question and Answer responses to assist with community interest and inquiries on this issue. The document provides a general history of the application and response to frequently raised questions on the proposal.
