The following roads have reopened however, may close again due to rainfall this afternoon.

  • Avalon Road, Sheldon
  • Allan Day Drive, Wellington Point

If you need to be on the roads, drive to the conditions.

As at 10am, Sunday 23 October 2022 – Road closures on Redlands Coast

The rain might be easing however, hazardous flooding still persists in some areas and more rain is predicted later this afternoon. If you need to be on the roads, drive to the conditions.

Current road closures include:

· Avalon Road, Sheldon
· Allan Day Drive, Wellington Point

Please be aware that the lanes at Pitt and Nelson Roads, Birkdale are currently impacted by water.

Don’t risk it. If it’s flooded, forget it!
