Redland City Council is experiencing ongoing disruptions to our phone lines.

In response to the outage, a dedicated number, 1300 375 844 has been established for Council-related emergencies, including burst water mains, water supply, and sewerage issues.

In life-threatening situations, please call Triple Zero (000) immediately.

For all other enquiries such as reporting potholes, fallen trees, water leaks, park maintenance or rate payments, please use our online contact form.

We appreciate your patience as we work closely with the service provider to resolve the issue.

Due to a service provider outage, Council’s phone lines are currently impacted.

Council is working with the service provider to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

In the interim, customers can contact Council by using our online contact form, by visiting a Customer Service Centre at Cleveland, Victoria Point or Capalaba, or by sending us a private message on Facebook.
