In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, Redland City Council has had to make temporary changes to some of its non-essential services. However, Council is in a strong position to deal with this pandemic, and no essential services have been affected.

Our employees, the majority of whom live locally on Redlands Coast, also are committed to continuing to service the community through this challenging time, but some have unfortunately been diagnosed as positive to COVID-19 while others are away caring for family members affected by the virus or have been required to isolate under a public health direction. The number is expected to increase over the coming weeks as COVID-19 infections peak in Queensland.

Council apologises for any inconvenience and appreciates the community’s understanding.
