This week’s rain is a timely reminder to Redlands Coast residents to ensure they are prepared for this year’s storm season.

There was 43mm of rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours at the Alexandra Hills weather station.

During Get Ready Queensland Week (8 to 13 October), Redland City Council would like to remind residents there are two permanent sandbagging stations at Capalaba and Redland Bay.
