Council quick to repair Point Lookout water main

Well done to the Council crew which worked through to night to repair a burst water main at Point Lookout.

The burst water main was reported to Council at 10.30pm yesterday (21 April 2014). A crew was transported to North Stradbroke Island via an emergency called-out ferry and worked through the night to repair the pipe by 8.00am this morning. Water supply has been restored to all areas.
